HANIA W. STAWOWY, MD, FACOG

Dr. Stawowy has resided in the Capital District since 1970. She joined Albany Ob⁄Gyn in 1983. Dr. Stawowy's areas of interest include perimenopausal/menopausal counseling, sexual dysfunction, and adolescent gynecology. She has extensive experience in surgery, ranging from ablations to total laparoscopic hysterectomies. She and her husband have two grown children. In her words, "the Albany area has been a wonderful place to raise my family and I maintain a committment to our community."
